Dutch Recipes

I am trying to find Dutch recipes. My husband and kids like to eat Dutch croquette when we were still living in the Netherlands. They like to eat it as snacks when we went out somewhere. Now I am trying to find the recipe. I would like to make it myself here but I am really not sure which recipes that I need to take. There are many kind of Dutch croquette recipes on the Internet, but I really want to make the good croquette which will taste at least same as the one that we used to eat. Do you have any idea about this?
