How To make Corn Meal?

Does any body know how to make corn meal? I am looking for the way or the recipe about how to make corn meal. I've been looking around in more than five big supermarket in this city, but I did not see the corn meal that I am looking for. I thought I would like to try to make it my self. But I did not really find the right recipe for that. I am sure there is a way to make the corn meal my self. And I am looking for the easiest way to do that. Do you have suggestion?
