My husband and I already started to eat healthy food since yesterday. It does not mean that we have to do strict diet immediately. But it's about what kind of healthy food that we need to eat every day. So, we still eat rice but instead of white rice, we prefer to eat red rice. Of course the taste is not as good as the white rice in the beginning. But we believe that we will adjust to eat.
We still eat delicious food as well. Yesterday, I cooked carp fish. I bought it fresh from the market and then cooked it with Teriyaki Sauce. It's really delicious to eat healthy food like that. Fish is still good to eat since it's very healthy for our body.
