I read somewhere that coconut water and honey can be used as home remedies for your children when they have cough. I think I did try one time to my kid, and it worked well. So today, I plan to get some young coconut which can be used for this remedies. My children are having another cough again. And it is not really nice to hear their cough especially during the night.
What should we do with coconut water? First, we have to mix a cup of coconut water with one tablespoon of honey, then we steam it first. Let it cool down for sometimes before we can give it to the children to drink it.
